Perfact place in center of the city pathankot. You need to go at their office only if you want broadband connection, or any other communication. Vendors are very irresponsible, they will ensure you to come in 1-2 days and ask you to whatsapp your Aadhaar card photo but don't trust them. They take aadhaar photo and will ignore you. This is also one of the reasons why bsnl networks don't work because of their poor staff members and their work.

Well, its quite big and well located in the heart of the city Pathankot. Huge building with multiple floors for various purposes. I visited for the new fiber connection, staff was coprative as compared to other government bodies. Although, they haven't full knowledge about the fiber and broadband service but they guide me to reach the right person.
I think these new employees or better than older...very good dealing with customer
