We bought sleepwell mattresses from the showroom, owner is genuinely very helpful he helped us throughout and even after sale when we had to replace the mattresses. Mattresses were replaced free of cost without charging any money. I am really happy with the assistance provided by showroom pre and post my purchase.
Not worth ur time or money. No wholesale rates as online retailers are selling much cheaper. Also if u pay by credit card, the price is increased by 2% for transaction charges. While employed staff is courteous, don't expect the same from the management. All assurance for delivery date and time are worthless as u will be delayed atleast once or twice. AVOID UNLESS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY.
I purchased sleepwell mattress from east rise in Dec 19. The mattress had some issue of compression which I reported back to customer care. I got my mattress replaced by the east rise without any charge. Thank you east rise pathankot.
The owner is a big liar. He gave us 10 years warranty on mattress and refused to accept anything just after 3 years. He talked so rudely. Very proudy person.
I didn't have to pay extra for the replacement of mattresses. Service was provided by the showroom itself.

East Rise is situated on the heart of pathankot city and provides various products such as chais at wholesale price. They have wide variety of branded products.
