Please be careful specially travellers ordering through IRCTC. This vendor is pathetic and serving low quality food. The volume is also not acceptable as per the order. Paneer sabji will only have 3-4 pieces measuring 2x2 mm size. Yes 2x2 mm. Rest will be onion. You can't go back to them and complain. IRCTC will take 10-12 days to update you on the feedback shared. Warm Regards, Customer Care eCatering The delivery guy was wearing army t-shirt and said he is an army men and working with them as he is on leaves. He forgot forgot something to ask me "Rank", never saw an army man cheating for 10 RS. He intentionally said he does not have change. It's not about 10 INR it's about intentions. Shame on you both. I ordered a veg delux thali with tawa rotis but instead of it the restro delivered briyani thali which was of no use to me as the order was for my parents and they dont eat rice much. And when i called the restro , the owner was not accepting its mistake and disconnected my call twice and abused before disconnecting the call. And the food quality was pathetic and too oily . Dont ever order from this if you are travelling by train.
