Please avoid this hospital.. no Covid protocols followed. I lost my mother because of their medical negligence to simple stones in kidney & gall bladder where the Doctor who is an ortho surgeon suggests endoscopy for biopsy and arranges ERCP with a local hospital Swastik hospital, another hospital run like a dhabha. The doctor at Swastik did ERCP on 03 Nov and his incompetence led to pancreatitis when I asked about biopsy report the Doctor says we decided not to take tissue & Endoscopy was done to put a stunt in the common bile duct which was found stuck in intestine in CT scan done on 28 Nov. The whole arrangement is to just make money as the stunting gives them right to bill the patients. Above all to trap patient the wife of the owner of Max Care runs a radiology clinic at Bodh, Jasur and directs them to their hospital. Our only fault was we trusted the doctor.. The hospital should be removed from ECHS panel..

The worst hospital that I've visited ever the staff is not attentive mainly the x ray person making fool by saying 20 minutes, 5 minutes even the hospital is empty and the nurse staff continously talking on phone please shut down your hospital not giving good services to patients even these pandemic situations dr. And nurses are working like Frontliners and your staff is doing like this Very much disappointing.

The most unprofessional and unethical hospital in the area of Pathankot. The nursing staff as well as the doctors lack the most basic skills of time management and professionalism. An institution where time and clock means nothing. The doctors write prescriptions that are not available anywhere except their own pharmacy and pharmacy remains shut half the times with no proper timings as to opening and closing. Any enquiry is met only one answer 'in a few minutes'. Needless to say those minutes are endless. The services are worse than that of a charitable/civil hospital but the charges are at par with any big private hospital. The staff will make you wait for no reason for test reports but surprisingly, if you lash out them the reports will appear on their desk out of thin air (which was supposed to come only after 50 minutes). Worst mistake that I made taking my patient here. Without prejudice to the qualification of doctors.
