Showroom lack cars in display.. usually only one car in display... Service center lacks the morden look.. seems genral market mechanic service centre.. brand deserve more.. it's a premium brand , show room doesn't match the same ..although it has big potential to improve better.. Big parking lot , best location .. seems very selective people understand the brand properly .. needs better offer and marketing strategy for area like that.. as brand have full potential..

Its great to be here. It is in the Pathankot district. Its totally near the Pathankot. And the Volkswagen can be easily noticed from the road because the Volkswagen is on one side of road. The staff is good. Theybtry to solve the problems of customer who vomes here. The workshop of Volkswagen is with the Volkswagen agency. Thanks to all.

Very casual and unprofessional staff, even most unprofessional i have ever seen. Private car service dealers are better. Please improve yourself, you are representing Volkswagen, respect that atleast.
One star because anything below one star is not possible. Very poor service, pathetic workshop. Workshop managers especially need to learn respect and hospitality and mend their erratic behaviour. Even the security man didn't bother to speak foul names to his counterpart in front of us as a welcome greeting. No body here even speaks properly to you. Only one mechanic namely MR. NARINDER is well up to the mark and extremely trained here. Will avoid to visit this place again.
