Visited back in November. This remains of a church complex that included a hospital well known in its time with a reputation for healing. There’s only one building and is closed to the public. There are several information boards detailing the history of Soutra Aisle. In all honesty, there's very little to se and I spent more time reading the information board than I did viewing the complex.

Lots of great historical information to check out and to read on the info boards. The view is spectacular on a clear day. We've visited twice now since it not a huge detour from the A68, so we've been able to go visit and not add lots of time to our journey, but also it's easy to visit as a last minute check point on any day out.
Very interesting place to visit with lovely views and special light. We just park the car in front one moment to read the information and take amazing photos, when the sun was down.
Early stone roofed mausoleum on the site of a medieval church site. Free entry and information boards on site. Good views from the site too
Nice place to visit if you want peace & quite only things that spoils it was all the tyres dumped in the car park
