This is a fraudulent company. I have a Home Loan account with this company at the interest rate of 11.15% which is i believe higher than all the banks in india. Within a year they have increased the ROI for 3 times for no reason and i had taken the Loan for 20 years and now after a year they extended it for 30 years that means in coming years they will increase the ROI again and my Loan account will extend to 40 years or may be for lifetime. When I tried to change the balance to other bank i asked them to provide me the foreclosure letter and List of docs so they took almost a month to provide me the same at a foreclosure letter fee of Rs. 1180 and then they sent me foreclosure letter on 30th march without the List of docs. And now when i asked them again to provide me List of docs they took atleast 20 days to provide that and meanwhile they took april month EMI and now I asked them for the latest foreclosure but they are again asking me for money. Even at the time of Loan sanction their manager asked me to pay him Rs. 80k which I paid to him as i was in a need of Home Loan. Now this has become a headache to me as these are just making money out of customers pocket and i have a worst experience. Please guys Never go for their any financial things. They are fraud.
