Very Bad experience. Reached in the morning at 8am for appointment. Paid in the morning itself for the tests & agreed for appointment with person sitting on reception at 5:30pm & appointment number was 5. Reached exactly at 5:00pm & approached another person sitting at reception (may be evening shift receptionist). He took the receipt & informed us to sit down. After waiting for more than 45 min & seeing other patients going inside for tests one by one, I approached the reception again & informed him that we had appointment fixed at 5:30pm & now it's 6:16pm more than 5-6 people are already examined, what's the benefit of fixing appointment. His behavior was rude & he asked me whether we have filled the form or not. I told him no one informed us about this & it's their duty to approach patient for formalities. He told me untill & unless form is not filled, we are not in queue. What the hell ! Even after taking appointment in the morning (patient number 5) & waiting for more that 45 min, we are still not in queue. When I had high pitch, he told my wife to go inside the lab once patient inside is out. So over all no system & management. Better choose some other lab to avoid paid harrasment.
