My mom is consulting Dr.Harminder Singh for her neurological issue of CVA. We were skeptical as to, if covid vaccine can be administered to her, since she is been on brain clot medicines since 2004 and we wanted to check if the covid vaccine is safe for her given her medical condition and we wanted to rule out cross effect of medicines. We have been calling the hospital from many days to get in touch with the doctor but all to vain. Today we yet tried them again and asked them to connect to Dr.Harminder's assistant if not himself. But we couldn't speak to him as well. But the receptionist asked for our concern and after keeping the call on hold for a min, he came back stating that we can go ahead with the vaccine. They never asked for medical history, nor for the medicines the patient is on. Why is it so tough to get proper assistance. We are not at all happy with their irresponsible behavior. It seems, to them human life is no more than a business.

One of the worst service of this hospital.nurses and billing department are not cooperative with patients and their families.such a bad management of Amar hospital.behaviour of nurses is soo bad with patients but doctors are good soo helpfull and give attention to patients.
