Yesterday I came to apply for pan card.The guy on 2nd floor was not interested in helping me. He told me it will take 20-25 days to get my pan card. His body language was very demoralising.he basically wanted me to apply myself on income tax department's website. Those guys on 2nd floor of behal shop are very cold to customers in general. Thank you

Charging internet charges for printout is not fair. Charging lease line to Customer is fair?? Does mailing a small document requires a Lease line?? You are trying to justify your unnecessary charges...
