Average service at exorbitant prices. The lady at the counter quotes rates which are much higher than those mentioned in the service catalogue, and will lure you to avail more services. Better to go for lakme or any other reputed brand which will give you better service at lesser price.

Fraud and rude people... I got pimples on my face because of their aroma facial ( duplicate products). It was just 15 mint facial service. Rates are too high. After smoothening, they burnt my hair and made them shortened without any explaination. It happened just near to my marriage date. Worst service.
They don't know how to attend the customers. Even after many reminders, the hair dresser was more interested in attending multiple customer at one time. I had to attend a function and they made me late for it. Pathetic service. Pls learn customer service first before opening a salon. Never be a returning customer.
Not worth of even one star. Pathetic services.Fraud people. They will do facial in 15 mins and will take one and half hour for a simple hair cut.

if u r living in nearby area, it's a fine salon in that instance, else if you can go lil far towards leela bhawan side and further, then better go there.
