No lights in bathroom, fan made noise, staff non cooperative, utterly useless hotel will not suggest anyone to stay here,atleast not this year...may be next year they will learn their lesson

Overall the hotel looks decent, but the location is bad and the area is surrounded by garages. Night life is almost non existent. Hotel doesn't have a parking and if you are traveling by your own car, you will have to leave it open on the road whole night, which may be discomforting. Food is decent. The room sizes are pretty small and not suitable for families. Though you book a room on OYO for 3 people, you are given a queen size bed, which doesn't accommodate even two people comfortably. You have to request for an additional bed and they pretend as if they are doing a favor. They don't serve lunch and dinner in room. Breakfast is served in room but you need to order at least 90 minutes in advance. Room service is pretty slow. The staff is not professional and they try to show as if they are doing something for us secretly which is not included in what you have ordered for. No bar in the hotel or nearby.

The hotel has only two good things- clean spacious room with good ambience and tasty food. Let see what went bad. 1. The reception is on first floor which actually seems like second floor...and its bad because there is no lift 2. The stairs are made very steep with high steps definitely a big no to elderly. 3. The linen was outdated...partially torn towels. The towel fur was coming out in hand while wiping off. 4. Hotel has a restaurant but all intercom are "switched on" only after 8 am. So if you are a early riser or need a bed tea you will have wait till 8 am 5. No tea/coffee or hot water maker in room. 6. Breakfast is limited menu, a signature of Oyo room. You get to order from 3-4 options. Food was good though..two paranthas with curve . That it. The hotel has many limitations so i feel it is not correct to classify this as "capitol-O" by oyo which is premium business range...it didn't feel that way... Anyway, everybody has different choices so plan ahead.

Good, well mannered staff running a very busy establishment. Would have loved it if the rooms were a little more maintained. Linen was okay, not great. Room was provided with a blower for the winter and the AC also had a heater mode. Geyser was functioning. Options for breakfast are limited to 5 combos, would have been great if more items were available. Staff is extremely courteous and helpful. Good recommendation if you're visiting someone in the Rajindra Hospital, it's very close by. Lots of restaurants in and around the hotel.

Conveniently located.great place to stay... these photos are of hotel MI palace if I get the name right. Hotel Polo club of course is in a different league.

Amazing experience which I never thought of. Very friendly and helpful staff. Young boys and the 3 different people who handles the front desk are amazing. The man who cleans room. Everyone were so amazing. Would highly suggest to stay n get the experience. Will be cmg soon.
