I have been using footwear of Michigan brand since last 10 years but never had any complaint. I just bought a pair from cord wainers in February this year and just after wearing it for 15 days, the sole got off and I gave it in the showroom for replacement but no reply received yet and it has already been more than 10 days.

No doubt quality is more than comfortable, customer dealing is not at all good, they give you wrong size by pushing cushions in shoes and then blame on customer when shoes give you uncomfortable feel and do not even bother if they are losing customers. very heartbroken dealing i have experienced.
