Ordered cake for office. But it was delivered very late till then office was closed. On asking of delivery to other address they ask for more money to be paid. It is very unprofessional of them to ask for money as we are already paying so high for the things we order. And why you ask for option of home office ,if you guys can't deliver before 7 pm. Very disappointed. Now you guys enjoy party from my side.

It is with utmost inconvenience that I am writing this. Never have I thought that the order that I would place would bring a series of harassment to me. I ordered 10 pink roses. Instead, red roses, which were not properly decorated and stale, were delivered. When I made a complaint, I was promised that it will be replaced on the same day. Yet it wasn't delivered and I waited for another 24 hours. Meanwhile, I called your outlet directly to know the status of my replacement and they kept on saying that pink roses were not available, hence they delivered the red ones and secondly, the cellophane was removed because of the delivery. Yet they promised that they will deliver it within 1 hour. Today, I complained again, and after 7 hours, it was delivered and that too only 6 flowers with minimum decoration just for the sake of it. For me, I wasted my 400 bucks on your site and I or my friends/ family who are aware of this incident will make sure that we do not deal with you again. A complete waste of money and effort their outlets are.
Such a shameful experience with ferns and petals that they delivered a melted cake on first if February and I asked them to redliver .it's been ten days neither they redelivered and not they refund my amount .I paid around 3500 for this .

Very disappointed with the service Did not expect such a thing from a reputed place ... I was delivered a defected piece when I asked for replacement they accepted it and provided some other piece which was defected too and now they refuse to do anything about it.
Worst service ever...I even paid for the cake but they have not delivered it at all
