Tasty icecream with a variety of flavours. Rich and creamy but taste is average of maximum flavours. Only a few flavours stand out. Rest are just about average.

Cleanliness is not upto the mark. Otherwise staff deals politely. Ice cream quality is good and lots of flavors to pick from.
The prices are quite high compared to the quality of product. Best thing about Giani's is that they have options for sugar free ice cream. Although the sugar free Kulfi ice cream had ice chunks in it making it non creamy and deteriorates the taste. Even the in general taste of sugar free Kulfi ice cream is worse.
Nyc and clean
Icecream is good... But staff is too slow at work and even rude too... They temper the print price written on box. Do check price and expiry dates before u buy anything from Giani's ice cream...
Good variety of ice-creams and other desserts. Service is okay. I ordered a brownie sundae but the brownie wasn't properly heated.. that's the only thing I found not upto the mark.
