Poorest Customer Service. We went to DP Goyal to buy a car on 04-12-17. They provide us the poorest service. They were just keep on extending the time by giving lame excuses about loan and other things. And after that, they were juat keep on saying that you should have took loan through us. If you had, you don't face such issues. No one was asking us even for water. No guidance given about car and the engine like other companies do. They just hand over the key and said that we can go. The poorest customer service ever.
