I have bad experience onsite. Staff even did not know how to deal with their valuable experience. Especially their security guard behaviour is ridiculous.I wish I had option to give rating in negative stars

One of the branch of ICICI bank in Patiala. The bank is located in the main market of Urban Estate Phase 2. The bank is usually busy during day time but they offer a nice customer service. They also have an ATM machine which is outside of the bank and available to use 24/7.

Worst service ever in any bank, they will not let you in side their premises untill someone know you from inside the bank. Full partial staff and no knowledge of bank services they have. I would give then negative stars

I have my account since 2006 with this bank. I have not felt any type of problem with the bank. Staff is very helpful and they know all the rules and regulation of bank. Outside bank there are two ATM's.Outside Bank there is very good parking area.
