Very bad service. Spoil my special day even though they know my family. They charge for original flower decoration but they used artificial flowers. It was my own wedding and they destroyed it very well. AC was not working properly. Food was not good. No arrangement. Bad customer service. I would never recommend any one to book for their special days on this pathetic palace. I hope people read my review and get some idea to not to spoil their occasion. They just running their business not thinking about person who come to them for the arrangement which people wants on their special day which come once in whole life. Very BAD service. Disappointed

Very bad service. Very bad decoration. Never ever recommend this palace for marriage or any other party. They will spoil your wonderful day. There promise is fake and don’t trust on them. There services is sucks.
Nice Banquet but area is not too large. Suitable for medium functions.
