Bad Product and Terrible customer service at Nagi Musical Instrument shop in Patiala. Bought Harmonium and Tabla set from Nagi Musical Instrument in January 2020 for Rs. 28,000. One of the tabla developed 4 inch tear/hole (see picture) on the top of the tabla just after one month. Called Nagi store and talked to Joginder Singh. He asked me to send him the picture of the damaged tabla. I sent him pictures but did not hear back anything from him for over a week. Sent him text message asking for response. But again no response. Send him another message stating that I will pay for shipping cost if he can send me a replacement one piece tabla. Again I did not receive any response. I called him many times but he kept cutting off my phone calls. I am writing this review to let everybody know how bad these guys are. They sell bad/defective products and are ripping off its customers. DO NOT BUY anything from Nagi Musical Instrument. I am telling this to all my family and friends in USA to never buy anything from this store. By the way I paid Rs28,000 in cash and never received a receipt for it. Probably they are not paying any taxes on this income as well. I will be writing to Indian Revenue Service to bring this to their attention.
