Best doctor.... i am taking medicine from Saurab sir from last 4-5 years. He is really great personality. I can never forget the way he treated us during lockdown. I was so stressed from my cold and cough during COVID-19 initial stage Around 20-25 march. Though i was not corona positive but the fear of COVID was frightening. He gave me medicines on one call and i recovered in 3-4 days. The same in my mother’s case. She also consulted him for her ears and the same way he helped my mother. My mother was suffering from Herpes Zoster. We visited many doctors but nobody was able to diagnose her ailment. We took her to Dr. Saurabh Kansal, with the hope that may be he could treat the blisters in my mother's ears. After examining thoroughly, he told us that my mother is suffering from Herpes, and assured us that her condition is not life threatening, as it appeared from her symptoms. He asked us to take opinion of Dr. Mansi Kansal. Dr. Mansi confirmed the diagnosis and prescribed medicines. We were so terrified, so she even gave us a brief counselling,which was very helpful. Next night at about 10 pm, I called Dr. Mansi on her mobile number, because my mother had vomited her medicine. Dr. Mansi guided us and even called back herself to know about the well being of patient. It was a truly heartwarming gesture. I must say, Dr. Mansi's cheerful smile is enough to treat patients. Thanks to both Dr. Saurabh and Dr. Mansi, to save my mother

Not cooperative doctor and very rude behaviour of a doctor. if a patient is waiting from last 35min. and only 2patients are appointed for skin doc, then a pt asked doc m getting late from my duty how much tym u will take and he said very rudely asi ki kriye asi apna km v dekhna j eni jldi h ta shmi ajeo ethe na khdo eda#saurabh kansal
