Such a bad experience I have dealt with paras motors. I would suggest not to go there and dont waste your money. Firstly my car bearing problem was not resolved after spending new bearing purchasing and installation cost. Secondly after service, belt of my car broken. They didn't even check wear and tear of anything. That was a unforgettable experience which I suffer on highway and this can happen to anyone. Thirdly, after calling no. Of times they didn't response on any problem. They just tell, I have given your no. To workman and when he went to home, he will also visit to your car and that was a week ago response. Further on new call, same answer and when I asked workman no. They he replied he didn't have any phone. Such a joke. This is because money has already given. Fourth, new model cars service is not authorised to paras motors as my CIAZ model is not compatible. After spending two week time my car performance is even degrading. I m posting my experience on internet because they have earned from me through internet only, google search. If anyone is searching and new in Patiala for Maruti services PLEASE LOOK ABOVE FEEDBACK. THANKS.
