WORST DEALERS ANYONE CAN FACE! Had submitted my documents 10 days back, and was told the connection will be installed the next day. I've been following up continuously from Day 1 and its Day 10th now & no installation has been done. The government providers are far at a better place than these guys!!

Account no 2942786 Got 50 mbps unlimited Fiberoptic plan and such a terrible service that most of the time there server is down and on another time downloading speed I got is only 5-10 mbps. I have registered complaints 2-3 times but there has been no resolution. Using the net plus for 4 months approximately Such a poor service. Shame on you guys

I think this doesn't deserve single star also but to rate we have to give it one star.but it's the worst company. i ever come in touch with throughout my life. The service provided by company is zero.on personal experience i want to tell everyone thay please don't use the net of this company. It's totally rubbish.I have no words to explain the difficulties that i face to get internet from this poor company.This company has no ability to satisfy customer with internet services.So please no one should pay them to get internet. Poor quality Poor value Not professional Not responsive

Worst experience. Customer care dont listen and disconnected call without saying anything. Installation team does not call back or not picked phone calls. Customer dealing and service is damn bad. Not recommending the NetPlus broadband connection. I dont want to give even 1 star.

my experience with the net plus is very very bad , when i applied for the broadband connection , they did the wrong documentation , for which i m suffering till now , then i called them several time to install the broadband connection , still they take 2 days after so much of calling them back to back , when it is installed the connection was not active for another day , still i called them back to back for that , nd when it is active the internet is still not working , so cheap nd poor service , worst service of fastway net plus , don't waste ur time nd money , go for a broadband connection of any other company like airtel , jio or connect broadband .
