I dont know on what basis people have given good ratings for this enclave. Nothing has been done by V K Gupta , developer in this project. We bought in 2006 and regretting on the decision to buy this property. Builder is simply sleeping on this. few months back he told me that after Monsoon he will work on building thee roads and now he is not even answering the calls. Such developers should be strictly dealt by the law @ Patiala Diaries -- stop telling lies .. seems like you are V K Gupta's stooge .. nothing has been done as of now .. no roads .. nothing .. and even after 12 years this place is still not livable Builder noo puch inna paise leke kitha jaega ..
