Cheaper tickets I must say. They had renovated it in recent years. They had very old infrastructure and interior , previously but they made it completely new. Don't expect as much like in SRS. It's not that big. Their screen is smaller that SRS but it's infrastructure is really good.

If you are a true patialvi then definitely you will have a bond with phul cinema. Those were times when there was no PVR no SRS and of course no mobile phobes..and the only source of digital entertainment were single screen cinemas.it served as the only lifeline of patiala. If you want to enjoy luxury go for the box seats. Food is awesome specially the authentic hotdog and that too at a very reasonable price.

Love to visit ,new Phul cinema ,It was more than my expectation . It gives you royal feeling ,basic structure has not been changed but interiors has been renovated and give a nice look and gives you a royal look and feel. The plus point is that balcony and box ,which are missing in multiplexes. Box is for Four person, separation and privacy has been nicely maintained. Seat are comfortable and up to the standards of multiplexes ,same is the sound. Screen size appears to small but it is larger than many multiplexes ,but appears so due to length of the hall. Around 600 700 persons can watch movie in single sitting . Hall ticket is also 110 only ,and distance from screen in hall also is 1.5 times of diamond seats in many multiplexes. Gabru eating point is also an attraction of cinema and have decent menu with reasonable rates.This point is available at ground floor as well as on first floor . Special discount for groups is also available as confirmed by cinema manager. One must visit this cinema to experience a nice time with family. Just see few pictures of the cinema.

No lift to balcony and long (beautiful) staircase to climb. But overall the renovated cinema hall is beautiful and the best thing is that this is a single screen old school theatre with its own spacious compound and without the madness of multiplexes housed in shopping malls.

Overall experience is good..staff treats very respectfully. Only one thing is not good that is screen size ..

It is rebuilt in the last year and they have improved a lot better. Firstly it was considered as shabby. Now it has improved a lot I personally love it’s sound system. Everything is perfect bit i think the screen is little shorter. The parking is also very big. Allover it is 4 star.
