I had AC problem with my Toyota Fortunerand had booked an appointment with Pioneer Toyota Patiala on 12 April 21. I was called on 11 April to confirm my appointment which I cancelled but again requested on 12 April to be reconsidered which was accepted and I reached Pioneer Patiala. However,I was disappointed with the response. They were more interested in their cosmetic surveys than actual service. Despite mytelling them that I was an outstation customer and had come from Pathankot, there was no urgency and the executives were only interested in completing formalities like filling in their survey forms . After spending 45 minutes,I left the place without being attended to by Toby by their service engineer. Disappointed
