1) He was rude in talking 2) He did not fullfill his initial commitment 3) He realized me not believe a shopkeeper on verbal commitments. 4) He said you made 10 visits before buying the product. In actual it was 3 visits. He should have a board of showing no of visits allowed for buying different products ac, refrigerator etc. 5) Thanks to him for showing his actual behavior and reality of his commitments. 6) Thanks for teaching this lesson that we should ask shopkeeper about the number of visits allowed for buying and not buying the product and ask him everything in written.
