Visited Sahib Automotive Tata Cars show room Patiala Rajpura Road, for fourth service of my Tata Tiago PB11 CS 1017 car. All the dealing staff is very customer friendly. I had the Fourth Service coupon with Free Labour clause but it was not entertained and routine check up/washing charges were recovered from me. Can the Tata authorities or show room authorities explain reasons for it.?
