We took our 25lb dog to the self service dog bath and upon entering I saw that the tub was extremely dirty with hair everywhere, the brushes was not cleaned! The soap and spray was empty and she stated to add water and shake it up that They didn’t have anymore in stock!!! The room was very small on top of You had to dry your pet in the same tub! Didn’t like it won’t return! She tried to charge me for a large dog!! If you want a good dog bath try pawtopia in Norman! Huge room separate area for drying the animal and nail trimming is included! They have high quality shampoos also!

This was our first time here and the price of the self service dog wash is amazing. 13 for a large flat coated retriever is honestly amazing vs the usual 50 bath you get at your other groomers. We will definitely be back!
Every time I visit, I am impressed with their genuine desire to meet your needs. They really go above and beyond! Incredibly personable! They offer online ordering and even free delivery (if you live nearby and have over scheduled yourself). You will always walk out with a generous collection of samples for your pups. I am very grateful they chose this side of town for their store!
I took my blue heeler puppy here and the private room was great for her anxiety. Not only was it clean, they had several kinds of shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste, and brushes for grooming. The water was easy to adjust pressure and temperature, and the air dryer was relatively quiet and gentle compared to other self serve washes I've been too (like pawtopia) and it didn't scare my pup. They even had peanut butter by the bath for a distraction if she got nervous. They have aprons and plenty of towels for drying off too. All you need for an easy bath and they are quick to help you with anything you need - only 10 for a small dog and they gave me free samples of foods and treats on my way out the door. Overall I had an amazing experience and I'll definitely be using this as my preferred self serve dog wash
