Very horrible service. Bought a 1 ton ac from them and the compressor went out of order, 2 yrs after purchase. As it was in warranty, they were ready to replace but it took them more than 1 month to do so. They stopped attending my phone calls, but when I called them from different number, and shouted on them, they responded. Compressor was changed and after that they started demanding Rs 4150 for changing gas and transportation charge from Ahmedabad to Patna. This was totally ridiculous as this was not informed to me earlier. When I asked for bill, they were trying to fool me, saying that I will have to pay 18% gst extra. Totally dissatisfied with their service. Will never ever buy Hitaichi products again.
