Unprofessional office staff... no proper answer... i visited for attaching my vehicle with driver... they responded veru dull and said ola is now closed attaching cab...no customer relationship buildup.. very adamant and wrong attitude of staffs. .. poor customer handling... felt that they deal thru agents only ....

Worst service ola provide in Patna. waiting charges is very hudge... They charge when u start point to end point total minutes multiple into RS. 3 per min extra... Driver of any ola cab is driving slowly for making extra minutes charge.. ola is cheating to there customer. Now I stop booking any cabs until any emergency...

Hi OLA, Its a grate unsatisfactorily experienced with your service charge that the driver is spend time here and there and customer have to pay money for the same. why? I got the ride of 6.1 km only with a 14 stoppage. how disgusting. details are: 142/CRN317887252 DATE: 25.07.2016 TIME: 0030

NOTE-2 They don"t know how to talk to their ola partners(OPERATOR) NOTE-3 They do not provide correct information.They let you roam here and there and misguide people Lastly i would like to tell that whoever is ola authorized people from head office(bangalore) please take action on patna office otherwise you are loosing faith in customer as well as operator
