I don't know if they don't get the address why they don't call on the number once. Dissappointed. It seems because it's a GOVT Job they don't bother.

In my case they have abstracted the content of about 2 kg . My packet at time of booking was 6.4kg but I got 4.4kg only . And when i reached for complaint they have not registered it . I got complaint registered online. And their response to complain was as usual clean chit . Even though I have recordings of the courier boy accepting that package was damaged before delivery. I don't know what to do even central government services are not reliable. Such a unreliable and poor condition of working . BE CAUTIOUS TAKE OPEN DELIVERY .
