Bihar Skill Development Mission (BSDM) has been constituted by The Government of Bihar to empower the youth by providing them with requisite skills to fuel the growth of the State of Bihar. The primary roles of BSDM are: To establish a wide network of training centers for the youth To provide employment opportunities to the youthSuccessfully organized Job Fair in Bagha, West Champaran for security sector trained candidates in partnership with G4S Secure Solutions India Private Ltd. A total of 148 candidates were given Offer Letters during the job fair. Interested trainees can visit their nearest training center to select a course of their choice Certification Trainees who clear the assessment successfully will be certified Assessment Trainees will be thoroughly assessed through collaborative mechanisms Employment Certified trainees will be provided with employment opportunities

Bihar Skill Development Mission is no doubt the best skill development programme carried out by any state in the country, I am taking specially about the Kushal Yuva Programme which is the best, still there is a lot of hope and possibilities of improvement in this segment also wishing the same for every domain specially for agriculture which is not carried out satisfactorily, extensively by the mission which is a great need of the hour.
