It's an establishment office to the seven sub mission under it...which regulate the seven nischay of Bihar government ....run by different departments. It co-ordinate and organise the meetings to the executive committee and the governing body of the mission headed by the chief minister self.since bihar vikas mission is a registered through cabinet secretariat department of bihar, the principal secretary of the cabinet secretariat is member secretary of the mission while the chief secretary of Bihar is head of the executive committee. Chief minister of Bihar is head of the mission. All the seven nischay is aarthik jal, yuvawo Ko bal.....awsar badhe, aage padhe....aarakshit rojgaar, mahilaao ka aadhikaar.....har Ghar nal ka jal....har Ghar bijli lagataar......sowchalay Nirman Ghar ka Samman.....har Ghar pakki gali naaliyan....
