Here Nearly Impossible to make DL without an agent. the level of this thing is as Agents are moving inside office premise. And they can go inside without any queue. But you have to wait outside. you will definitely stuck in n numbers of Procedures and if you are a normal person Probably you will give up. When you enter in this area you will feel like it is a dalaal street.

All the employees of DTO/RTO are corrupt. They don't talk to anybody because they would have met up with brokers. All Xerox shops owner is brokers. You can choose any one shop for smooth work related to DTO/RTO.
