Custom care services are very bad. Average waiting time more than 5 minutes. You can not add or remove channel online. Picture quality are average compare to other company line Airtel, Tata Sky and others.

darshdigital is forcing people to choose packs and do not allow selection of channels as per consumers choice. darshdigital forces consumers to opt for the whole pack even if we want a single channel of our choice. Very very bad service, Tata sky is much better option for DTH
