He is widely regarded as a hardworking and honest officer.He is known for his sheer dedication in bringing government policies at the doorstep of masses. Kumar Ravi is 2005 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre.He made DM of Patna district on date 31st December 2017. He did Btech from IIT kanpur. His birthplace is Nalanda district.
