Very unprofessional.The customer service was pathetic. The lady was extremely rude and used foul language and said things like "mera business aapke wajah se nahi chalta". Didn't check anything while taking the clothes and called days after saying there were holes and when we said that that we hadn't noticed it before, she started yelling disgusting things. The conversation could've taken place in a civilized manner. On being asked for the manager/owner's contact details, she denied to do so. As a customer, it was the worst experience ever. Never gonna use their services nor will ever suggest it to anyone. ( Dolphin Dry cleaners, Ashiana, Patna)

They are very improper in their service. They think that customer is nothing. They don’t maintain their words like pickup and delivery facilities free. Once i visted thier shop due to their request that there is lack of staff but they always do the same even they did not deliver my cloths unless or untill i did not go to the shop. Very disappointed
