I had my first baby in Punam surgical and maternity clinic. I would like to thank Dr. Punam ma'am, because without her sincere treatment and guidance it was impossible for me enjoy the motherhood phase. I was detected pregnancy with fibroid and I was very scared. But you know if you are in the hands of experienced personality , you dont need to worry. I had full faith in Dr. Punam Ma'am and due to her only I am enjoying motherhood without fibroid. She is the best doctor in patna for female health issues.

Staff are very rude they dont how to treat and talk with patient if we will say something they start shouting and says to look for other doctor full of attitude

They don't pick call and are highly irresponsible and unprofessional too. Simple harrasment of body and mind. They asked mail id for taking report but didn't send it. After that they are not picking call....heights of irresponsibility

It's very pathetic condition in his hospital all staff are talking rudly with Patients,Also madam is talk with patient her colleagues are diagnosed of the patient,If you are taking appointment 9am,your number will be come 2 pm,fraud staff behaviour like owner all the staff.Very Bad experience.
