Is this the place to keep patient waiting for sampling and reporting...like a jhopad patti! Highly inefficient staff at the counter ,took 1 hr to take out the bill..

Worst front desk customer service. The lady who sits there does not know her job even writing the list of blood test and name she forgot to make even propper bill and blood sample was taken only for 1 test. When i enquired then she realised that other test also needs to be done and recollected the sample. Cant comment on the quantity of blood taken as its a technical matter but just because she had taken one full syringe for LFT test and then later took another big syringe full for conducting other tests. The problem is you have 5 6 guys standing in the reception and they are just useless and keep casually cheking their mobile and smile. Who waits for more than 3 hours just to get the bill payment and sample taken. Instead of resolving the lady on the reception will argue and will not accept her mistake. There were just 8-10 patients waiting there and still there was so much chaos. I had to ask her whether she is sending all the blood samples together as she took samples twice and there was a chance that something could go wrong. Aart from that doctor was good and he is competent and polite.

AUTHENTIC AND ACCURATE REPORT. DOWN TO EARTH DOCTORS. BEST FNAC AND BONE MARROW EXAMINATION . VERY UNDERSTANDING OWNERS (DOCTORS) BEST FOR ALL TYPE OF SAMPLE EXAMINATIONS ALL OVER BIHAR. YOU MIGHT WAIT BUT YOU ONLY WAIT FOR THE BEST RESULTS. FAST AND ADEQUATE HOME COLLECTION OF SAMPLES. I MIGHT BE A PART OF THIS ORGANIZATION BUT I AM SPEAKING HERE AS A COMMON PERSON. AS OUR STATE(BIHAR) IS DEVELOPING, WE TOO HAVE DEVELOPED OURSELVES EACH DAY TO SERVE OUR OWN PEOPLE IN BEST POSSIBLE WAYS.

Pathetic experience.If possible please avoid going this lab. Technicians are very poorly trained. Today I gave sample in the lab and they had wasted my sample. I have again given the sample in the afternoon. There is no provision for online report, technicians dont know how to mail the report. You have to personally collect. Very poor service, go for any other labs like SRL or lal pathlabs, which are far more reliable.

Presently the worst experience ,found irrelevent blood test report done on 1 feb 2020 ,(on the basis of getting same test repeated in this lab just within 2-3 days),Reported this to lab ,requested to repeat ,lab denied on phone, requested through email 2 days back with reminders to lab to repeat and satisfy my doubt but no reply recieved as yet. Doubt and apprehension if arised ,must be entertained properly / removed .if no reply recieved within one day,i will narrate the issue in detail through this forum.if any reply recieved this will also be shared in this forum .
