Don't ever use this agency if u really need house help because they will charge u for finding a maid but will keep u waiting forever

We have been transferred from West Bengal to Patna and availed the maid service. Experience is very much poor with low quality maid and they don't understand the customers requirement. Himangsu, manager of this company neither picks up the phone nor he calls us back at his convenience. We didn't get any proper response from them and so we are disgusted with their service. Hence we have discontunued with them and will not refer anybody.
I guess they put some wrong number Or they don't want to give service just for namesake ofc.
I am very thankful for dust n clean. This is excellent service provider in Patna.
