Very poor service. Never use FedEx setvice in Patna.
I was having such a good reputation of fedex, in india they're just ruining it. The whole fedex India is not responsive, there's no any proper way to contact them. Now coming on patna office, they've a phone which they only use for harrassing others they just ignore the incoming calls .. and they find some kind of happiness in keeping your consignment with themselves for few days when it arrives at local station. I'll recommend to go for India Post, they care about the customer satisfaction and it's damn fast compared to this pathetic mail service!
I liked the service here.. my courier was delivered in one week as they had promised. Good service.
Very poor service,pathetic to say the least.harassing the customer when you place an enquiry regarding your shipment delivery.and then refuse delivering the same outright. Please believe all the negative response mentioned above.they deserve it.
