Step 1 : They will call and arrange a face to face interview. Step 2 : They will take a written test. Step 3 : One round of interview with a consultant for training. Where they will say that you need to pay 32k for the training before joining. Step 4 : final interview with recruiter. Notes for Job Seeker : Stay out of these kind of companies. They will just waste your time and money. They will not even mention of any job in the training letter. At least they should garantee and mention in the training letter. 32k is not easy for anyone. Notes for Company : Please provide information about the fee for training before calling for a face to face interview. Why to waste time and money of job seekers. Also if possible please give training on your own expense.
