They provide misleading information. I opened a start up current account with them. The Agent/Representative was Mr. Bablu. I had been clearly told that there won't be minimum balance charges for 6 months but they charged minimum balance charges twice. I have complained but they did not listen.

Poor staff especially lady operator she don't know how to interact with customer...... Icici bank is good but staff need to be more trained and ready to help the customer rather denied anything
