Systems are down by design on the 1st of every month. The office looks like a sarkari office in a small town. Ceiling tiles are missing and the overall look and feel of the office is disappointing. The two stars are for the people in this office. Very helpful and forthcoming. Five stars for the staff.

Good place to work but some how office is not located at prime location. It's near maruya patna I front of radio station office. If you're traveling with bike it will take 30 min from danapur

One star,why? Just try to call, customer care for just a proxy problem. You will come to know that,no one will be for your help.Also email is also not helpful. But Just let them know that you are interested in a policy. They will call in each hour

I visited here for my policy which was about to mature. I was taken good care by the officials and I received my money within 5 working days to my bank account. The service provided was excellent. However there was some issues with the network.
