I contacted them to repair my front load washing machine which was not getting turned on. One specialist came, took our original electronics board, replaced it with some old board he had in spare, charged heftly and left without bothering to see whether the machine completed even one trouble free run cycle. As expected, at the end on the run that he started before leaving, error popped up and since then the machine is not working. Numerous attempts to convince him to come and have a look at the machin failed. It was a big mistake to contact them for repair. I strongly advice not to take their services for any kind of repair. You will loose money, machine and trust in other people.

I visited today at the IFB Authorized Service at Adharshila Apt. to have my microwave oven repaired. To my astonishment, I was very surprised with their welcome gesture, as never expected in Patna. I am Delhi based and was surprised as had a negativity about people behaving in Patna.
