Mine experiences was so good. The sales person named Mr. Bittu (I guees) have a complete knowledge about all ktm bikes. I was there looking for Ktm Adventure 390 white. Bike was there. They gave me all details and features about bike and service. When I want to know about loan facilities, the person who is dealing loan facilities is also very polite. In one line I can say whole team of Ktm Anisabad is very supportive.

Very Bad Experience when I enter in Show room the staff is not consider me like a buyer. Not telling me information about ktm 125 and the finance procedure. Nothing is there NO TEST RIDE AVAILABLE. KTM COMPANY IS GOOD BUT THE STAFF HAS TO BE MORE CARING ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
Best KTM showroom in Patna Akarsh Bajaj. Bailey Road or Kankarbag Showroom are very worst. I bought DUKE125 since Last Month but in Bike Rpm issue. Akarsh Bajaj Service Manager RAJAN and Rajiv Sales Manager are Very Good And Gentle Person. He is very helpful Person and Understand every issue of Customers. God Always Bless him.
