My experience with Tiklee Fashion studio was pathetic. The owner is rude, just concerned about money, twists your words/lies to get her way, and is not bothered about what the customer wants. If I could, I wouldn’t have given it even 1 star. DON’T INVEST IN IT PEOPLE. There are much better options in Patna or you can travel to Kolkata or Delhi to buy lehengas made by professionals. It will be better and less of a headache. The product I got wasn’t even dry-cleaned and the owner refuses to take any ownership for that either. And it took 1 and half years to get completed (the owner refused to return the hefty advanced I had paid) and I couldn’t even go to some other designer to get my work done. The fitting is poor too. So, now I have a dirty lehenga which needs even more investment. In today’s time and world customer satisfaction should also be given a priority. P.S: The lehenga costed above 30k so it was definitely not cheap and it’s not even a bridal lehenga. Also, a lot of 5 star reviews here are fake. So, make an informed choice. And if you are not an entrepreneur, and happen to have issues with the way things were handled, then you might get sarcastic taunts from the owner for not understanding their struggles as you are just an employee doing a 9-5 job and are pathetic because of it.
