Quality of service provided by the store is very poor. I visited the store on 12th November 2020 for nosepad replacement(i lost one nosepad somewhere). Salesman asked thrice "Lenskart se liye the". All the time i said yes. He made me to realize that i haven't bought my aviator from Lenskart and he started replacing nosepad in front of me. He screwed old nosepad. I objected twice thrice (Bhai purana nosepad kyu laga rhe ho??. He didn't listen to me. And he changed both the nosepad. From that day onwards i haven't used that aviator. If anyone want to see pic of aviator after that service let me know.

Plz don't buy any stuff from this store. Staff seating at cash counter is very rude. Don't know anything. Online service is best for lenskart.

Very rude behaviour of guy seating at cash counter. Does not know how to talk and behave with customers. Must be taught a lesson by lens kart. Lens kart is very reputed optical centre but guys like this are pulling the rating down.
