Average gym with average equipment. You can't expect anyone to build muscles here. Most people who are middle-aged join this gym, to loose weight. Instead of wasting their hard earned money here, they should use money on Yoga classes and weight reducing products from RamDev Baba which burn the belly fat. Just call Munger Ashram and they'll send some Yoga instructor who'll guide you. Gyms are just moneymaking centers. Even when there were no gyms, people used to loose weight through Yoga and other Ayurvedic medicines.
