Excellent service with super fast turn around. I applied for my passport renewal and had it back within 5 days. Most of the days was taken by speed post. Helpful staff I dealt with vineet jee and shashikant jee. Absolutely brilliant. They should get rid of speed post and use some other company then it can be delivered more efficiently. PSK PATNA top class service. Made me very happy to see at least some places are doing better service and they are not corrupt. Visit to homeland after 12 years many disappointing things but you guys a ray of hope for better future and system. Thanks Guys

The place is very accessible. Good management and staffs. Availablity of atm and photocopy machine is available in the office itself. So not to worry if you haven't brought your Xerox copies. U can easily do it inside.

I went to get my family's passport renewed which includes my senior citizens parents. I must say Govt has done a nice work in outsourcing this because it was so systematic and so professional. They even had wheel chair option for senior citizen who is taken care by a porter all on no charges. They have a small photo copy booth. Overall the whole premises is well kept and well organised you would feel that you have entered an embassy or a VFS office. Extremely happy. However just a word of caution the area where its situated is v bad and pathetic with broken footpath small lane and no parking space.

Now is open.. Ab aap passport se related saare kam karwa sakte hai. Office band tha due to covid-19. But abhi sab kam ho rahe hai aap aa saktey...!!!
